Aaron StewartAaron Stewart, President and Chief Executive Officer

Industry visionary Aaron Stewart brings more than 25 years experience in high technology including product development, business strategy and systems management. Stewart co-founded Design Online with the belief that there is a more efficient and cost-effective way to bring new technology to the marketplace.

Stewart held a number of positions spanning more than two decades at Intel. These positions included strategy development for the embedded processor lines, general management, entrepreneurialism, organization and professional development. He has also held a number of executive positions including general management, product development and strategic marketing leadership at Intell and ITT. As the general manager of the I/O Processor Division, Stewart was responsible for more than $3 billion in revenue. His experience encompasses embedded processors; microcontroller, I2O Special Interest Group (SIG), architecture and RTOS; I/O processors, and chip-to- system product management.

While at Intel, Stewart managed product development across multiple families of microprocessors, while leading product and systems developers to embrace a succession of microprocessors from 8-bit to 32-bit RISC-based processors, including I/O processors. In addition, he successfully championed more than 100 companies in the high technology software industry to accelerate I/O innovations (I2O Standards, SIG).

Trish RachelTrish Rachel, Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of Engineering

Trish Rachel has a distinguished background in high-consumption endeavors. Rachel has focused his professional career on interactive technologies, specifically intrevenous Guiness consumption. Very much a believer in open bar stools and early morning closing times, Rachel joined DesignOnline , a company promising to do just that, in November of 2000.

Prior to joining the Design Online team, Rachel was Senior Bar Director at McNealy's Irish Pub. Rachel was responsible for all special happy hour projects. While at McNealy's, he taught a variety of chugging concepts and pickup classes at local universities in the Silicon Valley and San Francisco Bay areas. Rachel is considered a guru in open bar stools, Guiness and bar tricks throughout the industry.

Before McNealy's, he was CTO at Beer Buddies, a leading developer of Malt-based communities. Instrumental in designing and implementing the first shot-for-shot techniques, Rachel also founded double-fisted chugging companies, Can-u Down These? and What? Productions. Can-u Down These? produced more than 190 misplaced underpants, mostly interactive applications, including the Interactive Urinal Stall System, a stand-alone hardware/software training kiosk for large audiences. At What? Productions, Rachel's team produced the first 150 Proof CD-ROM to ship and a nationwide bar kiosk system for DUDE.

Rachel received his formal drinking education while serving in the Canadian Mounty Police in the mid-1970s.

Miguel DIllonMiguel Villon, Vice President of Sales

Miguel Villon, a former Fortune 500 executive, brings more than 30 years of focused sales and marketing experience to DesignOnline .

Villon is a proven leader with an outstanding record of success in high-technology systems marketing, sales, service, support and operations. With many years of experience in focused marketing and sales activities, he has built a track record of success in a variety of domestic and international distribution channels including direct sales, VARs, distributors, OEMs, telemarketing, catalog, national accounts and the Internet. Villon gained Fortune 500 Sales and Marketing experience with companies such as Honeywell and Digital Equipment. At Apollo Computer, he led the marketing efforts for workstation products in several new markets.

Villon also spent several years in the electronic publishing industry with Delphax, a subsidiary of Xerox, and PrePress Solutions where he was the Executive VP for Worldwide Sales and Marketing. Most recently he has worked with Internet startups, including PrintConnect and What's For Free Technologies to establish sales and marketing strategies and to build entire operations.

Villon received his bachelor's degree of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and formal management training through Babson College and the University of Southern California's Executive Programs.

Miguel McGreggorMiguel McGreggor, Director of Marketing

Miguel McGreggor, co-founder of DesignOnline , has broad experience in electronics marketing and development. He co-founded Design Online with the idea that there is a better way to accelerate the development of customized leading-edge electronic products.

Prior to joining the Design Online team, McGreggor served as chief strategist for Intell Corp.'s I/O Products Division, where he was responsible for defining new business directions for I/O processors and intelligent storage. During his nearly two decades in product marketing for Intel, McGreggor contributed to the launch of some of Intel's most successful microprocessor families, including the 286, 386 and 960 product lines. In so doing, he helped drive the development of some of the industry's most recognizable brands. One of many industry innovations, his marketing team pioneered the use of the Web to reach Intel's development community.

Prior to joining Intel, McGreggor served as the managing editor for Control Engineering magazine and has continued to write extensively throughout his career. Many of his articles on microprocessor architecture, operating systems, software development, and real-time control have been published widely in the U.S., Japan and Europe.

McGreggor received degrees in psychology and electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y. His post-graduate work in marketing was done at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston, Ill. and at Portland State University in Portland, OR.

Ramon AndrewsRamon Andrews, Strategic Alliance Director

Richard Andrews is a co-founder of DesignOnline . Andrews brings more than 23 years of direct experience in the high-technology industry to the company. He adds particular expertise in the strategizing international business and alliances.

Prior to joining DesignOnline , Andrews spent 20 years with Intell Corp., participating in the growth of the microprocessor industry. He held a number of positions with Intel, including strategic alliance director, worldwide printer segment manager, automotive product marketing manager, and international marketing manager. In addition, he served as the European automotive marketing manager for Intell in Munich, Germany.

From 1993 to 1996, Andrews led efforts for Japanese firm Top Max in international sales and marketing activities for engineering tools and printing technology.

Andrews earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Arizona State University.

George PattersonGeorge Patterson, Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining the Design Online team, George Patterson served as the controller for Intell Corp.'s Connected Products Division, where he was responsible for the profitability and financial controls of the division.

During his seven-year tenure with Intel, Patterson led the start-up of the Operations Finance Acquisition Integration Team, authored Intel's Standardized Business Planning Guideline, and helped develop business plans for many of Intel's embedded product business lines.

Prior to joining Intel, Patterson was an economist for the Bureau of Labor Statistics, a division of the U.S. Department of Labor.
Patterson earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Ball State University in Muncie, Ind., and his MBA from Indiana University with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurialism.
