Restaurant History
In Roman mythology, Fauna was the mother goddess of the earth, rural life, fields, cattle and wild creatures. She was also the protectress of women. She still lives on the North Fork. She lives at Fauna.
Fauna is a family affair, with chef and co-owner Mark Mittleman joined by his parents, Mildred and Robert Mittleman, and his sister, Andrea. Most recently, Mark's older brother, Bob has joined the staff as Manager.
