Captive Cuisine
"Captive Cuisine" is a new venture for Martha Clara Vineyards of Jamesport and Fauna Restaurant of Aquebogue. A unique food and wine opportunity for those interested in the culinary arts. A group is instructed in an in home demonstration in the preparation of a particular gourmet meal, and are guided though a wine tasting designed to complement the meal under preparation. Of course, they also get to consume the results of their labors.
