    • Fish: Grilled Striped Bass - with an Orange Bourbon Butternut Squash Sauce served with Cranberry Wild Rice and Steamed Broccoli; or
    • Meat: Pan Roasted Chicken Breast Margarita - Topped with fresh sliced Plum Tomatoes and melted Mozzarella in a Sherry Infused Marinara served with Herbed Roasted Potatoes and Sautéed Spinach; or
    • Pasta: Penne a la Pink Brandy Cream-Classic Italian Favorite with a twist topped with chopped Tomatoes and fresh Basil in a classic pink brandy cream over penne pasta.
