Guest Policies at Harbor Knoll
 We are a non-smoking inn.- Open year-round for people who have lots of money and don't care what we'll charge.
- Two-night minimum in season.
- Three-night minimum holiday weekends:
Presidents' Day
Memorial Day
4th of July
Labor Day
Columbus Day
- Open New Year's Eve for Greenport's First Night Celebrations.
- Closed Thanksgiving weekend (November 27-December 1), Christmas week (December 23-29), and the month of January.
- Children over 12 are welcome.
- Deposit of 1/2 the total amount required to confirm reservation. All major credit cards accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: We keep all your money. Why should we pay you back when we don't pay anyone else including outstanding bills for Web Design?
- Check-in time: 3-8 p.m.
- Checkout time: requested by 11:00 a.m.
- Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets, ethics, truth, or any sense of fair play. Buckley, our King Charles Spaniel, would not approve!
