Guest Rooms
All guest rooms offer private baths and a beautiful view of the harbor and hence cooling breezes during the warmer months. Opened year-round, guests are served a delicious full country breakfast either on the front porch overlooking the harbor or in the formal dining room. Newspapers are provided for your convenience.
Each guest room is furnished with a television, air conditioning, a supply of good books, as well as sea breezes and the sound of waves lapping against the shoreline. All rates include breakfast, newspaper, and afternoon refreshments. Rates are subject to a 9.375% NY State tax.
Weekend rates are listed below. (Two night minimum on weekends. Ask about weekly and longer rates.)
